Riverside Tabernacle was founded on a fleece. Judges 6:34 tells us Gideon placed 2 specific fleeces before God and they were answered. Pastor Arrieta followed this example and the Lord answered in a very decisive manner. On Oct. 25, 2009 the doors were opened for the first time.

Mission Statement

To befriend souls as Christ has befriended us. We want to love, help, teach and lead as many souls to Christ as are willing. We pray that we are friendly and display a Christ-like disposition to all that we come into contact with. As Abraham sojourned in the desert for many years, We pray that Riverside Tabernacle will also. We want to be a guiding light for those that are in need of God in this barren land.

The Commandment

Matthew 28:18-19 commands us to teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father , and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. We are also commanded to teach everyone to observe all things that that the Lord has commanded. At Riverside Tabernacle we believe in baptizing in the Name of Jesus Christ immersing in water as Acts 2:38 tells us. We also believe that receiving the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues is essential to salvation not an option.
